This policy explains what information H Capital collects through hcapitalassetmanagement.com and the member portal, why, and what rights you have over it.
We do not collect or store payment card information. All purchases are processed entirely by the cTrader Store — H Capital never receives or handles your payment details.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

The member portal uses your browser's local storage to keep you signed in — this is not a third-party tracking cookie and isn't shared with anyone. We don't currently run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@hcapitalassetmanagement.com. If you're located in Quebec, this includes the rights set out under Quebec's Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector (Law 25).
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we'll remove your personal data within a reasonable time, except where we're required to retain records by law.
This site is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18.
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

By using hcapitalassetmanagement.com or any H Capital product, you agree to these terms.
H Capital builds and sells trading indicators and automated trading tools ("cBots") for the cTrader platform. Free tools are distributed directly or via our email list. Paid tools are sold and licensed exclusively through the cTrader Store.
Our tools are technical utilities — they help you see market structure or manage risk. They do not guarantee profit, and none of our indicators or bots should be treated as investment advice or a signal to trade.
All paid products are sold through the cTrader Store, which handles payment processing, licensing, and refunds under its own policies (typically a 14-day window). H Capital does not process payments directly and cannot override the Store's refund terms.
Our indicators, bots, source code, and site content are the property of H Capital and are licensed to you for your own use when purchased — not sold outright. Redistributing, reselling, or reverse-engineering our tools without permission isn't allowed.
Our tools are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. H Capital is not liable for any trading losses, missed profits, or damages arising from the use of our tools or reliance on information on this site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate access to the member portal for violations of these terms, abusive behavior, or fraudulent activity.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
